WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Please note we do not fulfill orders on holidays or Sundays. We also do not fulfill orders if we are out of office, which will be noted on our website banner. 

We are unable to control the shipping speeds of USPS - there is a possibility of package arrival date delays near major holidays.

At this time, we are exclusive to the continental United States. 

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?

Unfortunately, no changes can be made to your order after it is placed. This includes address changes or changes to items in your order.

Both the Standard Shipping option and the Priority Mail option come with tracking via USPS. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP INFO?

Local pickup is available in Marshville, NC.

If you chose local pickup, please email us after you place your order to schedule a pickup time - we will provide the address for you. Please note, all pickup orders must be picked up within 3 days.
